She spent her career in New York, LA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Zürich, Australia, and beyond, tracking fraud by day while silently crumbling under corporate double standards and debilitating anxiety by night.

At 38, after having her daughter Charley, the posturing and politics felt less like ambition and more like a life sentence.

So she walked away. Heather didn’t know what she wanted, only what she never wanted again. She started dreaming in florals and hunting down dresses that felt bold, flattering, and free, but couldn’t find them. So she created them.
